Terms of Service

Last updated: June 2026

Acceptance

By creating an account or using UScoreMax ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you are under 18, a parent or guardian must agree on your behalf. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

The Service

UScoreMax provides an AI-powered math practice platform for students in Grades 6–12. We offer a 7-day free trial followed by a one-time payment for lifetime access. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features at any time with reasonable notice.

Payments and refunds

Payments are one-time and processed by Stripe. We offer a 100% money-back guarantee within 30 days of purchase if your child does not show measurable improvement. To request a refund, email support@uscoremax.com with your order details. School licenses are annual and non-refundable after the first 30 days.

Free trial

The 7-day free trial provides full access to the platform. After 7 days, a paid plan is required to continue. No credit card is required to start a trial. Trial accounts that do not upgrade are suspended (not deleted) and may be reactivated by purchasing a plan.

Acceptable use

You agree not to: share your account with others, attempt to circumvent the mastery system, reverse-engineer the AI practice engine, use the Service for any unlawful purpose, or upload harmful content. Violation of these rules may result in immediate account termination without refund.

Intellectual property

All content, AI-generated problems, lesson materials, and software on UScoreMax are owned by or licensed to UScoreMax. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without written permission.

Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is." We do not guarantee specific academic outcomes or test scores. Individual results vary based on effort and consistency. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration rather than in court, except where prohibited by law.
