By creating an account or using U-ScoreMax ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you are under 18, a parent or guardian must agree on your behalf. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
U-ScoreMax provides an AI-powered math practice platform for students in Grades 6–12. The Service is currently free to use, with full access and no features locked. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features at any time with reasonable notice.
U-ScoreMax is completely free while we grow our community — no credit card, no trial, and nothing locked. We may introduce paid plans in the future; if we do, we will give existing users clear, advance notice, and any account and progress you have created will remain yours.
You agree not to: share your account with others, attempt to circumvent the mastery system, reverse-engineer the AI practice engine, use the Service for any unlawful purpose, or upload harmful content. Violation of these rules may result in immediate account termination without refund.
All content, AI-generated problems, lesson materials, and software on U-ScoreMax are owned by or licensed to U-ScoreMax. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without written permission.
The Service is provided "as is." We do not guarantee specific academic outcomes or test scores. Individual results vary based on effort and consistency. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration rather than in court, except where prohibited by law.
