We collect the information you provide when creating an account: your name, email address, and password. We also collect usage data — which practice problems you solve, your scores, and how long you use the platform. We do not collect payment card numbers; payments are processed securely by Stripe.
Your data is used to: (1) run the AI practice engine and track your progress, (2) send you and your parents automated weekly progress emails, (3) issue your Math Genius certificate when you complete the program, and (4) improve the platform. We never sell your data to third parties.
UScoreMax is designed for students aged 10 and above. We comply with COPPA. If a child under 13 creates an account, a parent or guardian must provide consent. Parents may request deletion of their child's data at any time by emailing privacy@uscoremax.com.
Your data is stored securely in Supabase (PostgreSQL database hosted on AWS). All data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest. We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion at any time.
We use the following third-party services: Supabase (authentication and database), Stripe (payment processing), Resend (email delivery), Anthropic (AI problem generation — only the math topic is sent, never your personal data), and Vercel (hosting).
You may access, correct, or delete your personal data at any time. To exercise these rights, email privacy@uscoremax.com. We will respond within 5 business days. You may also delete your account directly from your dashboard settings.
We use session cookies to keep you logged in. We do not use advertising cookies or tracking pixels. You may disable cookies in your browser, but this will prevent you from staying logged in.
